Show ROCKVILLE Mrs. Newell DeMille Reporter M.OJM.M. 2c George Atherly and his wife and babies arrived on Monday from Eureka, Utah, where they have spent the past three weeks visiting Mr. Atherly's relatives. rel-atives. Seaman Atherly is home on a 3-day leave from the Navy and will leave on Wednesday to resume his duties. Mrs. Atherly is making her home here for the duration. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Moody and children and Julius Cox of Henderson, Nev., spent Monday here visiting friends. Fawnell, their small daughter, remained here with her grandmother, Mrs. Clara Stevens. Donald DeMille left last Saturday Sat-urday for Fort Douglas to report for Army duty. Mr. and Mrs. Afton Ballard and Mrs. Marvin Terry attended the dance revue at St. George last Saturday night. Mrs. Myrtle Hirschi entertained the Primary officers and teachers at her home on Monday. The teachers training lesson was given and a very nice lunch was served. Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Beatty of Kanab and Mrs. Douglas Manning Man-ning of Cedar City were Sunday visitors at the home of Mrs. Newell DeMille. Mrs. Grace Hirschi and lone DeMille De-Mille left on Wednesday for Los Angeles to visit for two weeks. |
