Show ENTERPRISE Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Terry returned re-turned home from a three week's trip to the northern part of the state last Friday. While north, they attended L. D. S. conference in Salt Lake City and the funeral services for Melvin T. Harmon at Price. The rest of their visit was spent at Provo with their children. Thursday night the E. H. S. girls gave a banquet for the basketball boys in the domestic science room of the school building. Plates were set for 32 persons. The dinner was prepared by the girls under the direction of Mrs. Mary Holt. The tables were decorated with daffodils and primroses. Edward Hunt acted as master of ceremonies cere-monies and an interesting program pro-gram was rendered. Mrs. Arthur Barlocker entertained enter-tained at a rag-bee Monday afternoon. after-noon. Fifteen women attended and a good social afternoon was enjoyed. en-joyed. Enough rags for several rugs were sewed. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Farns-worth Farns-worth and Mrs. Dick Wadsworth are visiting with their mother, Mrs. L i 11 i e Farnsworth. Mr. Farnsworth is in military training in California. Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Jones, Walter Bowler, LeRoy Adams and Theresa C. Huntsman attended at-tended the Republican convention held in St. George on Tuesday night. Mrs. L. W. Huntsman and Mrs. Julius Huntsman spent Friday in Cedar City where they were met by their "daughter and sister, Miss Wilhelmina Huntsman of Lynndyl, Utah. |
