Awards or nineteen traveling fellowships to i American college students nominated by their alma maters for study in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, which have been announced by the American-Scandinavian foundation, included: in-cluded: Norway Alexander Carson Maxwell, Max-well, Austin, Tex.. Sweden Ralph Malcolm Hixon, Crown Point, Ind., (Iowa State college), col-lege), to study physical chemistry; Albert Paul Strom, Wasoe. Neb.. (University (Uni-versity of Nebraska), to study hydro-electrical hydro-electrical f nrmnorin The students will spend the summer in traveling about the countries familiarizing fam-iliarizing themselves with the language lan-guage and will begin study in the fall The fellowships, awarded annuahy. are part of an International exchange which provides also Tor 20 Scandinavian Scandina-vian students at American colleges.
