The death was announced today of Bu'ron Kenkwan Takagi, formerly inspector general of the Japanese navy and lecturer in America and Europe on military 'hygiene. Baron Takagi was noted for his feat in eradicating beri-berl from the Japanese Jap-anese navy. He studied medicine in England in the '70s. and visited that country again, as well as tho United !
