Quarter-Milers After Ralph Fuller's Mark Utah Inlerscholastic trackr.ters will present a gala array ot '440-yard men during the meets held this spring and the state record of 53 seconds flat in that event by Ralph Fuller of the Ogden Og-den High school will, no doubt, b the target for the runners. Vern Funk, member ot the Panther team in 1916, a member of naval teams during the war, is said to be the fastest fast-est high school runner in the state, and Vern is out after a new record in the event. In a clans meet at Salt Lake last week Funk covered the distance dis-tance on a wet track in 53.4. Brady of Enst High, O'Kcefe of Ogden, Og-den, Sumpsion of L. D.
