Show Santa Clara Mrs. Eliza Graff Reporter The Memorial services held in St. George Sunday were very well attended by our townspeople. Clinton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Knight, while out swimming, swim-ming, had the misfortune of crushing crush-ing his nose. Ten stitches were necessary to close the wound. An ice cream party was sponsored spons-ored by the Elders Quorum last Saturday night. A large crowd was in attendance. Chester Graff of Provo visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Theo-dore Graff over the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Archie Gubler and family and Mrs. L. J. Graff and two children spent Saturday at Pine Valley mountain. The Primary association gave their closing party last Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Graff and son, Richard J. of Pomona, California Calif-ornia spent the week-end here with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Ether Stucki and family and Miss Vivian Leavitt have returned from Cedar City where they spent the past term teaching school. Vivien J. Frei left for Carp, Nevada Ne-vada for a short time. Mr. and Mrs. Crayton Leavitt and children returned from Koo-sharem Koo-sharem where he has taught school during the past winter. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Gray and baby of Central were Sunday visitors vis-itors here. |
