Julian Poydras is pictured as it docked at the Port Richmond grain elevator to take on a cargo of 349,000 bushels of wheat precious cargo for the hunger-ridden hunger-ridden peoples of Europe. This is the first shipment of grain realized under President Truman's emergency emer-gency food program. It is to send such vessels as this, heavily laden with grain, to Europe that the American people are observing meatless Tuesdays and conserving food in other ways.
