MAURINE NEILSON, as the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Administratrix of the Estate of WALTER HANSON, HAN-SON, also known as Walter Lund Hansen, Sr., Deceased; REBECCA E. HANSON, now Rebecca B. Earl, formerly the wife of said Walter Hanson; WALTER E. KELSON and CLARA C. KELSON, his wife; ALBERT E. SMITH and ANNA E. SMITH. v,is wife; JOHN HAMMER, also known as John Hamer, and LULA L. HAMMER, his wife; and also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, es-tate, or interest in, or lien upon the real property described de-scribed in the complaint, adverse ad-verse to plaintiff's ownership or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. East 60.3 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 31, Township Town-ship 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian; thence North 89 deg., 55 min. East along fence line 1526.26 feet; thence South 0 deg., 21 min. East 247.75 feet; thence South 87 deg., 57 min. West 209.22 feet; thence South 0 deg., 13 min. East 704.53 feet; thence South S9 deg., 56 min. West 820 feet more or less to right of way of D. & R. G. R. R. Co.; thence North 49 deg., 58 min.
