Show THE BRIDGELAND LIVEWIRES Ralph Stansfield, reporter The Bridgeland Livewires 4-H Tractor Club met Friday at the home of Kay Brundage. We discussed dis-cussed the oiling and greasing of the tractor. Then we gathered around the tractor and found the different places and parts to be greased and oiled. There were 10 members present-Billy present-Billy Shepard and Kay Brundage were the hosts. We decided to meet next Thursday at 10:00 a. m. at Billy Shepards. h-h-h-h HONEY BEES We met at the home of our leader Friday, July 13. Meeting Meet-ing was called to order, and the prayer was given by our assistant assist-ant leader, Mrs. Fullmer. Wilma Whitehead read the minutes and called the roll. Song, "Perfect Posture," was lead by Kay 'Anderson. 'An-derson. We worked on our projects proj-ects and Barbara Larsen gave a denomstration on how to darn a stocking. Refreshments were served by Sally Anderson. . I Barbara Larsen, reporter hh-h-h NIMBLE FINGERS On Monday, July 9, we went on a swimming party at Dye's pool. We had one visitor. The prayer was offered by Marie Peterson. The refreshments were served by the group. Mrs. Earl Dillman, our leader, accompanied us. Lois Fenn, reporter h-h-h4i HONEY BEES On June 29 the Honey Bees held their tenth meeting, which was called to order by Linda Jensen. Nancy Redmond gave the opening prayer. Our secretary read the minutes and called the roll. Kay Anderson led the song pratice, which followed- Wilma Whitehead, Kay Anderson, Sally Anderson and Barbara Larson Lar-son gave a skit on perfect posture. pos-ture. The next meeting was to be held July 6 at Mrs. Anderson's Ander-son's home. The eleventh meeting of - the Honey Bees was called to order by our vice-president, Barbara Larson. Prayer was given by Sally Jo Anderson. Pledges were recited by the group. The roll was called and the minutes were read. A work period followed- Refreshments Refresh-ments were served and the meet- ing ajourned when Mrs. Anderson gave the prayer. Linda Jensen, reporter h-h-h-h THIRTEEN UNLUCKY SEWERS ALTONAH Friday, June 29, our meeting began at 2:00 p.m. at the home of Nada Murray. We worked on our projects most of the day. Two health lessons were given by Ann . Monsen and Onie Densrrtore. Jane Jacobsen and Ann Monsen brought the refreshments. re-freshments. This meeting was counted as two meetings because it was held until 6 p.m. Jane Jacobsen said the closing prayer, We began the meeting of July 11 at 2:15 p.m. at the home of Jeanne Lambert. Peggy Ralphs, reporter h-h-h-h HAPPY SHAMROCKS The Happy Shamrocks held their meeting at the home of their leader, Alyce Patry. Opening prayer was given by Alyce. The pledges were led by Colleen Hatch. They planned their 4-H camping trip and a skit. The meeting was adjourned at 5:30. They were held at the home of our leader, Paula Bell- The meetings were called to order by Mrs. Bell. The first meeting we worked on the plans for the club camp. The plans included in-cluded meals and equipment. The second meeting we worked on our projects. The assignment is to have the projects done by the next meeting. Refreshments were served.
