Show ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Engineer, 790 South 100 East; Bountiful, Utah for: Reconstruction of Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, Street Paving, Storm Drain and Related Improvements Im-provements on Main Street 500 South to 400 North, Bountiful, Bounti-ful, Utah Proposals will be in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by the City Engineering Department which may be obtained from said Engineering En-gineering Department at 790 South 100 East; Bountiful, Utah upon payment of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set to City of Bountiful. Deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days after the date set for the bid opening. Bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 29, 1988, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the office of the City Engineer En-gineer at 790 South 100 East; Bountiful, Utah. Each bid must be submitted on the form provided as a part of the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond from a surety company, acceptable to Bountiful City Council, all made payable to City of Bountiful in an amount equal to at least five percent (5) of the bid. Said check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract in conformity con-formity with the form of contract included in-cluded in the Contract Documents, and furnish a performance bond within five (5) days after notification of the award of the contract to the successful bidder. . Bountiful reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid or to waive any informality in any bid as its best interests may appear. A decision deci-sion on the rejection of any or all bids or the award of a contract will be made within seven (7) days after the bids are opened. JACK P.
