Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, on March 28, 1988 at 1:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT D. SOLIDAY, a single man, as Trustor, in favor of American Savings and Loan Association, Associa-tion, as Trustee and Beneficiary, covering cov-ering the real property located at approximately 88 West 50 South, No. B-l, Centerville, Utah, and more particularly parti-cularly described as follows: Unit No. B-l, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, as shown in the Record of Survey Sur-vey Map for CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, a Utah Condominium, Con-dominium, appearing in the records re-cords of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, in Book 616 of Plats, Page 518, as Entry No. 442675 and as defined and described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Reservations for CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, appearing in such records in Book 616, Page 519, and following as Entry No. 442676, both such instruments having been recorded in said office on September 16, 1976. Together with .00299 appurtenant appurte-nant undivided ownership in the common areas and facilities as set forth in said Declaration and Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions Restric-tions and Reservations for the CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS.
