Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of April, 1988 at 9:00 A.M. , at the front entrance of the County Courthouse at Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and FIRST SECURITY MORTGAGE, as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, under the Deed of Trust made by JAMES C. KAISERMAN and CAROLYN H. KAISERMAN, as Trustors, and recorded October 10, 1984, as Entry No. 685013 in Book 1009 at Page 207, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary benefici-ary by reason of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby.
