Show lev Chamber Of Commerce Officers Installed At the annual meeting of the Roosevelt Chamber of Commerce Com-merce last Friday night,-newly elected officers were installed and retiring one praised for i the progress that had been noted not-ed over the past three years. Taking the reins of the Chamber is Howard Harrison, sho succeeds Dr. Paul String-ham String-ham as president. Vice-president is W. S. (Bill) Murdock, with uVere Labrum as treasurer, jlerlin Sullivan and Floyd; Labrum make up the executive committee which consists of the three elective officers. Addressing the annual affair (rhich was a dinner-meeting, was B. H. Stringham, state senator sen-ator from Duchesne and Uintah counties, who re - emphasized how Utah and the West needs the Upper Colorado' River Development De-velopment project. ' Mrs. Irene K. Fretwell, who has served approximately 15 months as executive secretary, resigned effective immediately.
