Show Mrs. Melba Eksund 6-Year Old Is Honored With Birthday Party A group of young friends gathered at the home of Linda Peterson Wednesday to wish her a happy birthday on her 6th anniversary. Those present were Karen Peterson, Bonnie Eksund, Elaine Smithson, Stanley and Laren Wardle, Joyce and Diane Larsen, Myron Duncan. Gorden Peterson and Sharen Keele. , Phyllis Eksund spent last week in Lapoint at the home of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Hoopes. Jim Mecham, of Provo, spent a few days in Neola with Mr, and Mrs. Pete Duncan. He brought a load of cherries out with him. Monday night the Mia Maids, under the direction of their teacher, Mrs. Irene Henrie, turned out as a bunch of hoboes and really had themselves a great time on a "Hobo Party." Those enjoying the fun fest were Jenett Smithson, Myrtle Davis, Sherene Henrie and Phyllis Phyl-lis Eksund. Mrs. Rose Olsen was pleasantly pleasant-ly surprised Tuesday evening when her brother, William (Bill) Jorgenson, whom she hadn't, seen for 3 years, came in from Washington. Mrs. Cleo Stevenson, of Provo, spent a few days here with her mother, Mrs. Lillian Wilkerson. Mrs. Frank Whitmore visited j in Denver, Colo. last week with her sister. I rJQ(SiiJGrlQlGfE |
