Mr. and Mrs. Ray Stevenson and family, of Tooele, visited several days last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl i Gardner. Mr. and Mrs. Christy Justice and family, of Los Angeles, California, Cal-ifornia, visited with friends and relatives at Independence last week. Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Swisher and family left Friday on an extended ex-tended vacation trip. Mr. and Mrs. Seth Asay enjoyed en-joyed a short visit with friends and relatives in Salt Lake City last week. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hatch and sons visited recently with relatives rel-atives and friends at Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Brisbin and daughters are spending a two-week vacation in Colorado with Mr. Brisbin's parents. Archie Chad, of Provo. his son-in-law, John M. Liebhardt, district manager of the Deseret News, visited July 9 at the 'home of Mr. and Mrs. George I Bracken. Mr. Chad and Mr. 'Bracken were boyhood friends in Pyie Valley, Washington county, and had not seen each other for over 48 years. Mrs. Earl Gardner was hostess host-ess at a Stainless Steel dinner at her home Friday evening, July 13. Present to enjoy the evening were Mr. and Mrs. John Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Golden Collins, Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Winn, Mrs. Effie Winn and Mrs. George Bracken and the Gardner family. |
