Show Gold-Green Ball Is February 23 Plans have been made by officers of-ficers of the MIA for the annual an-nual Gold and Green Ball, to be held Feb. 23rd at the Bridge-land Bridge-land ward church house. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Gaily and children, of Clearfield, visited over the weekend with their grandmother, Mrs. Jane Murphy. Mur-phy. , Mrs. Zeda Brady is rejoicing over a little new granddaughter, granddaugh-ter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Leo Brady, Saturday at the Roosevelt Roose-velt Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Wanless Shields went to Salt Lake last Wednesday, Wednes-day, returning Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Don Kimball and baby, of Salt Lake City, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wanless Shields. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Coleman and family, of Heber, visited Sunday with Mrs. Coleman's mother, Mrs. Chastie Neilsen. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Beal, Larry and Marsha and Mrs. Nancy Ann Gilbert visited Sunday Sun-day at Mt. Home with Mr. and Mrs. Glen Mecham. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith vis- ; ited Sunday with their parents, j Mr. and Mrs. Pete Abplanalp, at Utahn. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Clayburn accompanied by Reese Clay-burn Clay-burn and Edna Neilsen, went to Salt Lake, Thursday. They visited Mr. and Mrs. Ward Johnson while there. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. Heed Clayburn attended attend-ed a Home Demonstration meeting meet-ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ross at Arcadia, Monday evening. A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wright, Sunday at Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Wells Wright went to Provo, Monday for medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Young1, of Mt. Emmons, called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith Sunday evening. Mrs. Ronald Lisonbee visited Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Sherwood Lisonbee in Roosevelt. Roose-velt. Callers at the Malcolm Walters Wal-ters home Monday were: Mr. and Mrs. Leland Wright and girls, and Mrs. Margaret Wright of Utahn, and Mrs. Ray Bench and children, of Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Wanless Shields were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Hansen at Arcadia on Monday. Bertie Lisonbee and LuJean Jennings were Friday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Williams of Bluebell. |
