Show Court Of Honor Honors Scouts A special meeting was held last Sunday evening commemorating commem-orating Boy Scout Week. A Court of Honor was held, with Freeman Dye taking charge. Badges were presented to Explorers Ex-plorers Larry Dye, Neill Duncan, Dun-can, Von Whiting, Sheldon Spencer, Lloyd Duncan. In the absence of Garth Horrocks, Keith Davis and Ralph Ander-ton, Ander-ton, the awards were given to their mothers. The presentations presenta-tions were made by Grover Dye. Merit and Star Scout badges bad-ges were awarded to Norman Dye, Ardell Olsen, Claude Crozier, Cro-zier, Gail Eskelson, Keith Davis, Da-vis, Milly Dye. Gary Rhoades, Gerald Dye, Allan Wardle and Glendon Malnar received merit mer-it badges. Cloyd Davis, Deloy Dye, Earl Anderton received Tenderfoot badges. There were all presented by Clair Duncan. A patriotic song was also sung by members of the Guide Patrol Pa-trol class. The Boy Scout program is going forward rapidly in this community, and much credit is due the untiring efforts of the committee in charge. |
