Show Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee Relief Society Has Final Party The Relief Society held its closing meeting in the form of a social Tuesday afternoon. Games were played and luncheon lunch-eon was served to the following: Mrs. Chastie Neilsen, Mrs. Eva Jennings, Mrs. Ethel Taylor, Mrs. Clista Neilsen, Mrs. Alma Young, Mrs. Helen Neilsen, Mrs. Elva Lisonbee, Mrs. Olive Neilsen Neil-sen and Mrs. Elda Van Tassell. Gifts were presented to the retiring officers. Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters Wal-ters and Eldon Brady attended funeral services for Mrs. Hazel T. Bond at Heber Tuesday. Mrs. Lois Stansfield and children, chil-dren, Mrs. Kenneth Neilsen and small daughter, Kenna Jean, motored to Vernal Friday to visit with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Liddell and daughter, Karren. went to Salt Lake City Friday to visit Mrs. Liddell's father, J. A. Brundage. at the L.D.S. hospital. Glade Taylor, of Craig, Colo., spent a few days here last week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Beal attended at-tended funeral services Tuesday for John Wm. Davies at Tal-mage. Tal-mage. A large group of Bridgeland people attended the M.I.A. talent tal-ent show at Rovoli Friday evening. eve-ning. Charles Barker, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Barker, was injured when he fell from a moving truck Friday. He was rushed to the Roosevelt hospital for treatment. Mrs. Reed Clayburn spent Saturday Sat-urday at Upalco visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Percy Potts. Visitors at the Roy Taylor home are Howard Taylor, of Ogden, and the Taylors' grandsons, grand-sons, Paul and Harold Rawlins, of Craig. Colo. Mr and Mrs. LaMar Neilsen had as their guests Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Young, of Mt. Emmons; Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Day and family, of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Neil- son and children, of Provo. Little Becky Ann Williams, of Bluebell, visited her grandparents, grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Merl Jennings, Friday and Saturday. |
