Show Couple Honored With Shower Mr. and Mrs. Paul Brown ,nee Carma Goodrich, were honored guests at a wedding reception Saturday evening. The young couple will make a home in Salt Lake City. Carma Car-ma is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Goodrich. The following guests from out-of-town were Mr. and Mrs. Gar-nett Gar-nett Birtchell, Mr and Mrs. Max Owen, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Goodrich and Mr. and Mrs. Anderson, An-derson, all of Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cook. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cook, John and Wayne Cook, of Ballard: Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Goodrich, of Bonanza; Elaine Hancock and Mr. and Mrs. Brown, of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hall and Mrs. Mary Merrell, of Salt Lake City, visited a few days here with Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Winkler. The Halls came to attend at-tend funeral services for Mrs. Murray at Altonah. Mr. and Mrs. Evard Larsen, of Provo, visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Larsen and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Remington. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fotus, of Salt Lake City, visited here Wednesday with friends. They were enroute home from a visit in Vernal with relatives. Lynn Bird and daughter, Lyn-ette Lyn-ette have gone to Salt Lake City to seek employment. Mr. and Mrs. Mart Hancock and son. Brent, returned during the week from a week's trip to the northwest coast. They visited with Mrs. Hancock's sister. Mrs. Pearl Knudson, and family in Washington, whom she hasn't seen for about 15 years. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hancock, of Salt Lake City, accompanied them on the trip. Mrs. Kennison, of Salt Lake City visited here during the week with her daughter, Mrs. Agnes Larsen. She came to attend at-tend funeral services for her father, John W. Davies. at Mt. Home. Her granddaughter, Twi-la Twi-la Larsen, returned to Salt Lake with her for a short visit. |
