Show Joann Nielson Feted At Pre-Nuptial Pre-Nuptial Events Two hundred invitations were issued for the informal reception, recep-tion, Friday, June 8, honoring Miss JoAnn Neilson, whose marriage to Roy L. Smith, of Heber City, took place Wednesday, Wednes-day, June 13, in the Salt Lake L.D.S. temple. The lovely June event was held at the Omni Winterton home, with the following hostesses hos-tesses assisting; Mrs. Don Johnson, John-son, Mrs. Howard Ivory, Mrs. John Swenson, Mrs. Melvin Peterson, Pet-erson, Mrs. Van Winterton and Mrs. Omni Winterton. In the receiving line were the lovely bride-elect, her mother, Mrs. Albert P. Neilson. and her future mother-in-law, Mrs. Samuel Sam-uel Smith, of Heber City. The honored guest wore an orchid corsage, while her mother and Mrs. Smith had gardenia corsages. cor-sages. Varigated tulips and arrangements arrange-ments of columbines and pastel-colored pastel-colored daisies offered seasonal color for the background of the party. The complimented guest was the recipient of many beautiful gifts. On Monday evening Miss Neilson was honored at a trousseau trous-seau tea and shower at the home of her fiance's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Smith, of Heber City. Attending from Roosevelt, besides be-sides the bride-to-be, were her mother and her sister. Miss Rhea Neilson. |
