Show Ballard Ellen Bracken Mr and Mrs. Lloyd Hart, of Oklahoma, were recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs Jesse Butcher. The Harts were former Roosevelt residents. Mr and Mrs. Henry Larsen and family, of Salt Lake City, visited recently with Mrs. Lar-sen's Lar-sen's sister, Mrs. John Pae, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Allred and son, J. P., of Ogden, have been visiting at the Jack Allred and Glen Allred homes. Mrs. George Ross was called to Salt Lake last week by the critical illness of an uncle. Mr. and Mrs. Elton Kettle have moved from the farm of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Seeley and are now living in the Burdick home near Roosevelt. Phyllis White, who has been working in Vernal, spent Sunday Sun-day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alden White. Mrs. Leland Angus acted as a substitute teacher at Alterra high school, two days last week. Stephen Eldredge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Eldredge, has returned from Salt Lake City to enroll at Alterra high school. He has been working in Salt Lake all summer. Mrs. Ida Phillips, Jesse Hul-linger, Hul-linger, Mrs. Mary Burgess and Mrs. Afton Lambert are teachers teach-ers at Ballard this year. Edwin. Olds, of Oregon, who is making his home with his sister, Mrs. LeRoy Anderson, has enrolled at Roosevelt high school. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Brim-hall, Brim-hall, of Mesa, Ariz., are visiting Mrs. Brimhall's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Hullinger.
