Show Ma Mrs. Violet Geniry Democrats Meet A Democratic meeting was held at the home of Archie Benson Wednesday, March 5 fn elect precinct officers, with Archie Benson as chairman and Violet Gentry as chairwoman, and to send delegates to the Democratic Convention at Duchesne Du-chesne on March 22. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon received word last week from their son, Boyd, that he had reached his camp in Tennessee. He also reports that he did not see snow after he left Utah and that the wheat fields in Kansas were getting green. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Sor-enson Sor-enson and little daughter, of Salt Lake visited Sherman's mother, Mrs. Olive Sorenson Monday. William Ostler, of Roosevelt, was an Ioka business visitor Tuesday. Reed Lemon attended the seed meeting in Myton Thursday. Thurs-day. Mrs. Archie Benson, who has been ill in Salt Lake, is reported report-ed very much improved .and will be home in a short time. Stanley, is being sent to Japan or Korea. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Workman Work-man and family were guests over the weekend of Mrs. Workman's Work-man's father, James Ames. Ronald Benson, of Roosevelt, was a visitor at Sunday School this week.
