Show P-TA Met Dec. 2 P-TA was held at Alterra on Thursday evening, Dec. 2, with a good crowd of parents present, but not many teachers. Dr. R. V. Larson gave a splendid talk on Mental vHealth. Christmas entertainment enter-tainment was discussed. The ladies lad-ies from Ballard served a lovely lunch. Supt. Max Abbott and Miss Beatrice Stringham were visitors at Alterra on Monday. . Mr. and Mrs. Ralph O'Niel and small son are moving from Price and will live in one of the Cos-turos Cos-turos apartments. Mr. O'Niel has employment here. Mr. and Mrs. Doral Bellon and family and Miss Shanna Bellon, of Salt Lake City, spent Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Xavier Bellon. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Ned Bellon and sons, of Roosevelt. SERIOUSLY ILL Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gardner went to Salt Lake City last Friday on the Temple Excursion and because of the serious illness of Mrs. Harold Har-old Gardner, they stayed over a day. On returning home Sunday, they had a phone call to return to Salt Lake City. Gary Gardner took his mother back to Salt Lake to be with Mrs. Harold Gardner. Harold Har-old Gardner, who drives an oil truck and was making a run to New Mexico, hasn't yet been located lo-cated to know the serious condition condi-tion of his wife. The Harold Gardners Gard-ners were former residents of Alterra. |
