Show TEH DELL Mrs. Lorna McKee To Fill Mission Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Merrell and family, former residents of Tridell, now residing in Bountiful, have been called on a mission to the Central States. They will enter en-ter the mission home on the 5th of January. PARTY AND BAZAAR The Tridell Ward Relief Society held a party and bazaar Wednesday Wednes-day night. Gifts were exchanged and a program presented. Many items of food and clothing were on Sale. , Mr. and Mrs. Owen Bartlett spent the weekend visiting in Orem with their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bartlett. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Morrill and family returned to their home in Fulelake, California Tuesday after spending the last few days at the home of Mr. Morrill's parents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Forest Goodrich, Ray and Reed McKee attended the funeral for John McConkie held in Vernal Friday. Lloyd Morrill spent the weekend week-end visiting with his family. He is attending school in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Betts are the proud parents of a baby boy, born Nov. 30 at the Roosevelt Hospital. The Sunday School presented the Sunday evening Conjoint program. pro-gram. Mr. James Harvey and daughter Shelia were visitors in Salt Lake City Thursday. The Clyde Merkleys attended the funeral of Paul Nelson Wednesday Wed-nesday at Roosevelt. Those attending Primary Leadership Lead-ership in Vernal Thursday night were Isola Haslem, Thelma McKee, Mc-Kee, Fern Bartlett, Helen Simmons, Sim-mons, Peggy Simmons, Wanda Ann Morrill, Toni Goodrich and Roselee Cook. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Morrill and family visited friends and relatives in- Tridell Wednesday. Mr. Morrill and his family returned from Iran the day before Thanksgiving. Mr. Rae Goodrich made a business busi-ness trip to Salt Lake City. Phyliss Oberhansly is now teaching the second grade, White-rocks. White-rocks. She is taking the place of Doris Morrill which was vacated when Mrs. Morrill left for a mission mis-sion to Australia. Brent Morrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. LeRoy Morrill left Monday morning for Salt Lake, where he be inducted into the Armed Forces. For-ces. Wallace Winder visited Tridell ward Sunday in the capacity of a high council representative. |
