Show 'David L. Kelsey Enlists In U.S. Marine Corps David L. Kelsey, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Kelsey, 256 N. 3 W., Provo, enlisted in the Marine Corps here today for three years active Marine Corps service. ser-vice. A graduate of Roosevelt High School, in Roosevelt, Utah, Pvt. 1 Kelsey participated in football and track. The opinions of friends and former Marines swayed him to consider completing his active-duty active-duty service as a Marine. During the next few months Kelsey will receive recruit instruction in-struction at the Marine Corps Recruit Re-cruit Depot in San Diego, Cali. At the completion of this "boot" training, Kelsey will receive leave to visit family and friends. He will also have order assigning him I to a Marine Corps school or new duty station. He was accepted for enlistment j by the Marine Corps recruiting I sergeant from Salt Lake City while he was in Provo on anitin-erant anitin-erant recruiting trip.
