'i I Again we are approaching the Christmas Season j th season when men should give glory to God in the highest, and proclaim peace on earth, good will toward men .... And again we find the world Involved with hate and war for the very reason flat Wt Have Forgotten God! The earth is the Lord's, and we who dwell tier eon are but stewards of His lands and many re- icurces .... He is the King of Peace! And He has ' placed His sons and daughters here that they might lire in peace and serve him in righteousness. The Saviour La the Prince of Peace, and those ; who seek Him in peace will find peace in their ; lsearts, if they will but place their trust and faith inHim. Yet there is a spirit of discouragement among I those who seek peace, even among the Christians the God-fearing and righteous of the earth. Discouragement Dis-couragement seems to have absorbed the attitude of hope and assurance, and we are impressed to say "What's the use" "What can we do to stem the tide of Communism to stand against the forces cf the anti-Christ that can be found so prominently it hand?" Students of the scriptures will recall the itory Abraham and what the Lord promised him if ho could find ten, or even one, righteous maa im afl of Sodum, the earth would not be destroyed .... Because there was not one righteous man in all'of the land it was destroyed .... Thus they' were destroyed. Today's army of truth and peace is looking for those who have, or will, turn their hearts to Christ -each becomes a soldier in the cause of Christi-uiity, Christi-uiity, and brings hope for peace just a little nearer to a positive realization .... As we approach the ason that is heralded as one that glorifies God, 'he Eternal Father, and proclaims Peace on Earth, Good Will Toward Men, it is for us who believe gain to dedicate ourselves to Christ and the cause spoken by the heavenly hosts when they announced Iiis birth to the sheperds. Turn to Christ turn to Him with all your rt .... Believe that He is the Prince of eee, the Son of God, literally that He came into the world to do the will of His Father, the Great King, to work out the infinite and eternal atonements, and to preach the gospel of peace to all who would hear. Believe that He is the way, the truth, and the Jfe; that no man cometh unto the Father but by that those who receive Him, receive His servants ser-vants whom He hath sent. Believe that He is the ue vine, and His Father is the husbandman, that servant are the branches; and that all men Who pluck the fruit of peace in this life and eternal in the world to come must come to Him and oby His laws. Believe that despite the war, hate, and turmoil J the world, those who seek peace can enter into th rest of the Lord; can rest from doubt, fear, and Jiety; can free themselves from any urge to run hfe and there after every wind of doctrine,' or . Philosophy of men. Believe that the plan of peace and of salvation salva-tion U to follow Christ as He follows the Father.
