Show Stork Shower Fetes Mrs. Richins A Stork Shower honored Mrs Audrey Richens last Friday at the home of her sister. Mrs. El-dotis El-dotis Fenn. Games were played, and a delicious luncheon was served to Blanche Hatch, Eileen Richens, Floy Johnson and De- laine Reynolds, all of Vernal; Nell Hammerschmiet, Henrietta McAffee and Reva Whitmore, ot Roosevelt; Co-hostess Mrs. Bell Hardman, Melvina Alexander, colleen Blanchard, lone Richens, Thelma Anderton, and the guest of honor. Prizes were won by Melvina Alexander, Colleen Blanchard, Delaine Reynolds, and Reva Whitmore. An open house reception was held for Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Boren, Friday, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lyn Boren. The newly married couple received many lovely gifts. Mrs. Oral Fenn, of Roosevelt, was co-hostess. Mr. and Mrs. John Nielson, ot Chandler, Arizona, arrived Saturday Sat-urday night. Mrs. Nielson will remain to visit with relatives and friends. Mr. Nielson returned return-ed to Arizona. Mrs. Wanda Rich, of Lapoint, is spending a few days with her parents and relatives here. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Crow were Mr. and Mrs. Glade Richardson, of Roosevelt. Roos-evelt. Mrs. Grace Eskelson and daughter, Debra, of Riverton, Wyoming, spent a few days last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Crow. Mr. and Mrs. Crow took her home. Primary Conference was held Sunday evening. The theme being be-ing "The Children Sing." A large crowd attended. Miss Cleo Crow was an overnight over-night guest of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Pace, Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Brown, of Neola, visited Mr. and Mrs. Ray Brown, Sunday. Guests at the J. C. Crow home last Friday evening were Mrs. Herman Baumgartle ai family and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Crow, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Chalmer Workman Work-man (the former Miss Lorraine Anderton) visited with Mrs Workman's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Anderton, here be- fore going on to their new home in Wicheta Falls, Texas. Delmar Hamblin accompanied Sharon Cummings. F.F.A. teacher teach-er at Union, to Logan last week for a Livestock and Dairy Judging contest at the U.S.A.C. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Shepard, of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Lena McDonald, of .Roosevelt, visited the Reed Andertons last week. |
