Show Roosevelt Ward Sets Work Day At The Farm Next Saturday, May 10, has been designated as "ward work day at the Roosevelt Ward's farm," is an announcement made by Bishop R. V. Larson, who stated that the male membership mem-bership will do the work and the Relief Society will prepare and serve lunch to the hardworking hard-working men. It is estimated that approximately approxi-mately 30 tractors and various , other types of farm machinery j will be at work plowing, level- j ing, cleaning ditches, and doing various other jobs that need to be done. Then there will be fences built, trees cut down, and ditches repaired by the single men. All ward members are urged to - meet at the farm, which is about 2 miles south of town I near the old city dump. |
