Bertha Angus Mrs. Violet Geniry Church Visitors Members of the stake Sunday School board viisting Sunday School, Sunday, were: Superintendent Superin-tendent Wesley Dickerson, Rex Curry, Dwain Buchanan and Marion Harrison, all of Roosevelt. Roose-velt. Qarrett Stone left Sunday to bring his father, Wm. H. Stone, home- from the Holy Cross Hospital, Hos-pital, where he underwent an operation some weeks ago. We are all glad to have him able to come home-Mrs. home-Mrs. Mary Percival has been quite sick the past week. Speakers at Sacrament meeting, meet-ing, Sunday were, Zane Asay and Alden White, of Ballard and Duane Richens. A special musical number was a violin solo by Mrs. Carrie Wills, of Roosevelt, accompanied by Gertrude Ger-trude Russell. Mrs. Alden White was a visitor at meeting, having hav-ing accompanied her husband here. Marilyn Drollinger was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital Saturday Sat-urday morning, where she is being treated for pneumonia. Marie Benson spent Friday and Saturday in Salt Lake- City. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd visited vis-ited Mr. and Mrs. Marion Harrison Har-rison in Roosevelt, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Lambert Lam-bert and children, of Mt Emmons, Em-mons, were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Benson. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon and two daughters. Ila Vay and Gemile, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lemon, at Tridell, Sunday. Boyd is in the armed service and has spent his furlough fur-lough visiting with his family. He is leaving now to be stationed station-ed in Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lemon and children, of Vernal, visited Sunday with heT parents, Mr. and Mrs Lames Lloyd. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jones announce the arrival of a baby girl, born Sunday morning in the Roosevelt Hospital. Mr and Mrs. Aaron Harrison and Leland Stott, of Provo, vis-, ited Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd, Saturday and Sunday. of Myton, were callers at the O A. Dart farm, Friday. Virgil Ferguson left last week |
