Show PRIMARY OFFICERS HAVE XMAS PARTY Ward Primary Preparation meeting meet-ing and Christmas party were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Far-rell Far-rell Rasmussen last Thursday evening. eve-ning. Twelve of the officers and teachers and their partners were t in attendance. Mrs. Nita- White gave the Teachers' Training lesson, les-son, and Mrs. Osa Hullinger, the Book of Mormon lesson. The bishopric bish-opric and their partners were special guests. Games were played and a delicious chicken dinner served. The dinner was under the direction of Mrs. Golden Collins and Mrs. Fred Cook. Alden White, David Asay and Floyd Labrum, of Roosevelt, were speakers in Sacrament - meeting Sunday evening. Douglas, the small son of Pauline Paul-ine Denver, has just been released from the Roosevelt Hospital after receiving medical care, and they are at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Denver. Karl Shisler attended the Court of Honor held at the Gusher ward on Sunday. Dennis Kettle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elton Kettle, has been confined con-fined to his chair for several weeks with infection in one foot and leg. Dennis received an individual indi-vidual letter and photograph from Gene Autry this last week. Dennis has been an. ardent admirer of Mr. Autry for several years. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Butcher received re-ceived word that their daughter, Mrs. Earl Gillispie, of Loma, Colo., had just had a serious operation, but was getting along very well. |
