Show CHRISTMAS IN THE AIR Mr. and Mrs. J. V. McLea plan to leave Dec. 20 to spend the Xmas holidays with the Varney McLea family in Glendale, Calif. Their son, Bill, student at the US AC, will join them for the vacation. va-cation. Mr. and Mrs. James Lewis received re-ceived word this week that the Eldon Wrights, of Heber City, are the proud parents of a new baby son, born Dec. 10. The little fellow fel-low answers to "James Brent." This makes three girls and three boys for the Wrights. Mr. Wright, who is a former Union High School coach, is now football coach at Wasatch High School. We join in congratulations to the elated parents. Sam Weiss was in Salt Lake City last week receiving medical treatment. His son, Dick, was a Salt Lake City visitor last weekend. week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Wardle spent Sunday in Salt Lake City visiting their children there. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert McKenna received word that they were w grandparents of a baby boy, born Dec. 10 to Mr. and Mrs. Aral All-red All-red in Farmington, New Mexico. Other proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Allred, of Neola. Congratulations to all concerned! ! Leaving this week for Pasadena, Calif., were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ferron, who will spend Christmas with the Ted Tusslers. Congratulations to the local merchants who have their stores and windows decorated with scenes and ornaments in keeping with the holiday season. All have original ideas and decorations to make an inviting atmosphere for their customers. The streets and glowing Christmas Christ-mas tree add up to a city of beauty and gay colors, with Mother Moth-er Nature adding her bit by the frosted coating on the wreaths and tree. We commend the Christmas committee for their efforts in beautifying the city.. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Oldroyd were called to Salt Lake City last Sunday due to the serious illness of Mr. Oldroyd's brother, LaVar, who resides in Venice, Utah.
