Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Bur-dick Bur-dick have returned from a 10-day visit in California with their son, Darrcll, and his family. A shower was given at the ward hall Thursday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Edria DeVeries. a recent bride. Games and a program pro-gram were enjoyed by a large group of ladies. A lovely luncheon lunch-eon was served. Attending from out of town were Mrs. Wilmer Murray and daughter, LaVora, of Mvton; Miss Ella Rogers, of Mt. Emmons; and Mrs. Joseph Mecham, of Upalco. The Relief Society held a party Monday afternoon. A program was presented, after which lunch was served. Gifts were exchanged exchang-ed Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Kimball and Boyd and Kenneth Goodrich have returned to Provo after spending the holidays here with their parents. Carma Goodrich accompanied them upon their return re-turn to Provo. A dance was held Wednesday evening in the ward hall. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Johnsen, Jr., and their, two children, of Duchesne, Du-chesne, spent New Year's day with Mr. and Mrs. John Thor- con |
