Show 4 Shotgun Kills Farm Youth Darrell LeRoy Clark, 15, son of Alva and Nora Mecham Clark of Indian Bench, died Friday at 1 p. m. from wounds received in accidental discharge of a shotgun shot-gun he was carrying while mowing mow-ing hay on his father's farm. The shots penetrated his right side. He was born October 25, 1929, in Altonah, and is survived 'y his parents and two brothers one serving somewhere overseas over-seas and the other stationed in I California. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday at 2 p. m. at Ballard, under the direction of the Bllaard Ward Bishopric. The Aaronic Priesthood boys which included Bert and Mark Angus, Max and Howard Todd, Lennis Rasmussen, Glen .Brighton .Brigh-ton and Arthur Wiscombe, Jr.; prayer, Robert Alexander of Mt. Wells; song, "Guide Me to Thee", Erna Stolla; speakers, Bishop Arthur Wiscombe and Jess Hullinger; songs. "I know that my Redeemer Lives", Ver-da Ver-da Rasmussen and Osa Hullinger; Hullin-ger; and "Oh it is Wonderful" by the Aaronic priesthood boys; benediction, Ray Labrum The body was taken to the Dillman Funeral Home in Roosevelt to wait the arrival of the brother from California. |
