Mrs. Nellie Whitlock accompanied accom-panied Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins to Salt Lake City where she spent the week. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hayse of Salt Lake City were Sunday visitors vis-itors at the home of Mrs. Hayse's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hall. They took John Hall to I Vernal to see his brother, Bill, who is in the hospital there. Miss Marie Haslem visited last week in Vernal with relatives. rela-tives. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hall and i family went to the mountain to spend Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Robins, Norman, Kenneth and Lol Dee Long, and Byron Horrocks left Tuesday on a ten day fishing trip to the lakes. George Allred, Miss Elna Hartle and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hartle attended the rodeo at Vernal Saturday. Mrs. Mary Bolton visited Sunday Sun-day at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Burnes McKowen. Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Walkup of Farm Creek had their baby blessed Sunday. Because of Quarterly Conference Confer-ence at Roosevelt, there will be no meeting or Sunday School held here August 11. Barney Sessions of Dry Fork was a visitor at the Calvin Ras-mussen Ras-mussen home Sunday. Fred Hartle is able to be out and around after being confined to his home a few days last week due to illness. Wayne and Lynn Haslem, Wendell and Wayne Russon are among those who left for the lakes on top of the mountain i for a fishing trip. |
