Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE THE FOLLOWING described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25 day of April, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the North door of the Davis County Courthouse at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by TRACY COLLINS BANK & TRUST CO. , a Utah corporation, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JAMES A. TELAROLI and KAY M. TELAROLI, recorded re-corded February 11, 1980 as Entry No.72758 in Book 813 at Page 146 of official records in the office of the County Recorder Recor-der of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness indebted-ness in favor of TRACY COLLINS COL-LINS BANK & TRUST CO., a Utah corporation. NOTICE OF DEFAULT was recorded December 20, 1982, as Entry No. 629054 in Book 924 at Page 568 of said official records. TRUSTEE WILL SELL at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without with-out warranty as to title, possession pos-session or encumbrances, the following described property in Salt Lake County, Utah, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Block 3, George O. Chase's Survey of the West Quarter of Section 7, Township 2 North, i Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Centerville, at a point 12.52 chains East and 1.90 chains North of the Southwest corner of said Section 7, and running run-ning thence North 6.72 chains to the Northeast corner of said Block 3;. thence West 479.22 feet, more or less, to the East line of a frontage road; thence South 7 degrees 08' East 117 feet, more or less and South 2 degrees de-grees 51' West 340 Feet-,more Feet-,more or less, along said frontage road, to the South line of said Block 3; thence East 478.22 feet more or less, along the South line of said Block 3 to the point of beginning. FOR THE PURPOSE of paying obligation secured by said Deed of Trust, including the fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note by law provided.
