Kanell as Successor, Succes-sor, Trustee, and Spanish Trail Corporation as Beneficiary under a Deed of Trust made by Carrier Brokers, as Trustor, recorded as Entry No. 596992, in Book 874, at Page 357 of official records of Davis Coun-ty, Coun-ty, given to secure indebted-ness indebted-ness in favor of Spanish Trail Corporation by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. there-by.
