' EASTER GIFTS The Bountiful Jaycee Au-iliary Au-iliary has been adding a little unshine during the year to ouse bound senior citizens, eceiving meals on wheels, 'or the holidays of Halloween, Hallo-ween, Thanksgiving, Christ-las, Christ-las, Valentines, St. Pat-. Easter gifts for the elderly and homebound are prepared by members of Bountiful Jaycees Auxiliary. Directing the project were Barbara Houghton, president; Joyce Smith, director of the Golden Years Center, which the project was organized; and Ellen Johnson, auxiliary secretary and project chairman. rick's Day and Easter, a special spe-cial handmade favor was added to each tray commemorating commemor-ating the holiday. THE FAVOR being presented pre-sented for Easter is a small basket of treats made to look like an Easter Bunny. The meals on wheels drivers report receiving many comments com-ments from meals recipients each time a favor is added to the tray. The Bountiful Jaycee Auxiliary has provided this service during the past two years. ACCORDING to project chairman, Ellen Johnson, this is one of the smaller projects run by the Auxiliary, but the thanks received are as big and important to us as any we run. |
