The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints of which Joseph was the first prophet proph-et and president wag organized a lear later in Fayette, Seneca County, N.Y. Coming from Utah to officiate at the monument dedication was the church's presiding bishop, Joseph L. Wirthlin, shown above between his two counselors, counsel-ors, Thorp B. Lsaacson, left & Carl W.
