'House of Pizza' Has New Management; Wayne Nielson Pleasant Grove's popular cafe, the "House of Pizza," is now operating op-erating under new management. The new chef and manager is Wayne Nielson, a restaurant man of many years of successful experience. ex-perience. He brings to his new position a wealth of know-how in the preparation prep-aration and serving of food. Most recently he has been associated with the "Tower Cafe" in Provo and "Bill and Iva's cafe in Orem. Our slogan, said Mr. Nielson is "quality food and friendly service ser-vice provided at reasonable prices." His complete dinners con sisting of appetizer, salad, entree, hot bread and butter, choice of drink and dessert range in price from $1.25 for Uie filet of halibut to $2.50 for the delux steak. He also specializes in a breaded veal complete dinner for $1.00. "Chef's suggestions range from 80 cents for spaghetti and meat balls with salad to $1.35 for New York steak sandwich and French fries. There is also an 85 cent luncheon sei-ved from 11:30 a'.m. to 5:00 p.m. A complete com-plete Pizza menu is also featured. Special consideration is given to groups, parties and banquets, Mr. Nielson emphasized. |
