Show Ray Marsh Goes To Porto Rico, To Manage Business Ray Marsh, a former resident of Alpine, who has been employed by Max Factor's in Hollywood for several seve-ral years, left Monday for Porto Rico, where he will take charge of the company's business in the island. Mr. Marsh left from Salt Lake City, after a short visit in Alpine with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Marsh, who had been visiting visit-ing in California for the past week and with whom Ray returned home. Mr. Marsh sailed from New York City yesterday (Thursday) , for Porto Rico, where he expects to remain about a year. Advancement to the position of Porto Rico manager for the company com-pany is one of a series of promotions I which Mr. Marsh has received. He has been employed by the company for five years, holding a position for the four years prior to going on a mission to South Africa, and one year since his mission. He is a graduate of American Fork high school, and has a wide circle of friends in both Alpine and American Fork who are extending good wishes for his success. Mr. Marsh returned from California Califor-nia Sunday with his parents, who spent the previous week in Hollywood. Holly-wood. They witnessed the performance perform-ance of the opera "La Traviata", given by the Hollywood ward at the Wilshire ward house, and directed by their son.
