Show Civic and Church Leader Of Lindon Passes to Reward Elizabeth Ann Harris Robbins, 61, prominent in social and religious affairs in Lindon, died at the home of her son, Rulon, at Pleasant Grove at 1 p. m. on Monday, March 11, of a heart attack. Mrs. Robbns was born at Lindon, February 11, 1879, a daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Nerdin. Harris. Har-ris. She was a most faithful Latter-day Saint and gave freely of her time to the church, acting as a Relief society teacher for thirty years. On November 10, 1897, she married mar-ried William John Robbins, in the Salt Lake temple. All her life has been spent in Lindon. She is survived by her husband and the following: five sons and four daughters; William, of Lindon; Rulon Robbins, Mrs. Ed Lewis, Mrs. Harold Bullock of Pleasant Grove; Errol Robbins of Murray; Mi's. Clayton Clay-ton Wootton and Mrs. Roy Campbell Camp-bell of Columbia, Utah; Charles and Luzell Robbins of Orem; twenty twen-ty grandchildren, one great grandchild grand-child and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Arthur Cook of Bingham; Bing-ham; Mrs. Carrie Kirk, Orem; Mrs. Alta Devey; Mrs. Loretta Humphreys, Humph-reys, Idaho; Willard, Leonard, Ther-on Ther-on and Roy Harris of Lindon ; Clarence Harris of Orem. Funeral services are being held as the paper goes to press. |
