Show Pleasant Grove Locals j H. A. Laurson had a small tumor removed Wednesday at Dr. Anderson's Ander-son's office. Preparations are going forward for the Gold and Green Ball which is scheduled for March 6th. Mrs. Merle Coombs and Mrs. Ethel Drysdale attended a social given by Mrs. K. J. Bird in American Fork on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Halliday' of Sugar City, Idaho, were guests Wednesday Wed-nesday of Mr. Halliday's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Halliday. . On Thursday night the Basketball gpme between Pleasant Grove Athletic Ath-letic Club and the B. Y. TJ. faculty created lots of fun for the specta- Miss Millie Larson is seriously ill at her home. The Senior high school enjoyed a matinee dance in the gymnasium Wednesday afternoon. Miss Utah Keetch and Mr. Verl Kirk will be married on February 21st at the Salt Lake temple. S. L. Swenson is spending two weeks in Oakland, California, visiting visit-ing with his daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Milton Ream. ; I Mrs. .Marie Richardson, one of ( the oldest members of the Windsor ward, is seriously ill at her home. Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Deal and four children, who have been visiting at' the home of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Thorne, returned to their home in Shelley, Idaho, Friday of last week. The entertaining en-tertaining rooms were decorated with motifs of Valetine Day. The same decorative scheme was used Lela Banks returned home last Thursday from the L. D. S. hospital, hos-pital, where she recently underwent an operation for goitre. Mrs. Mary Monson spent Tuesday with her mother, Mrs. C. E. Thomas of South Jordan. The Windsor ward Primary officers offi-cers entertained Friday afternoon in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Johnson who are moving from the ward. The afternoon was spent in on the small luncheon tables.
