Show Host families sought for exchange program Carol Thornton, American Fork, a local coordinator for the American Ameri-can Institute for Foreign Study Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit high school exchange program, is currently selecting host families in Utah for students arriving in August. Au-gust. The program, established in 1968, sponsors close to 1,200 students from more than 20 countries. Joacim Carlsson, whose home is in Stockholm, Sweden, spent the past school year with the Thorntons in American Fork. AIFS students bring their own spending money and carry complete com-plete medical insurance, families provide room and board.
