I personally contacted the automation auto-mation coordinator in Salt Lake City and had him take the direct holdout for Orem City off of the automation temporarily so there would not be a mixture of the two as both were blue envelopes with black printing. We then contacted the Orem post office and had them put a watch for any misdirected envelopes. Amajority oftheenvelopes were caught right at this office before being dispatehed to Salt Lake City lor processing by very dedicated clerks and letter carriers who were watching for them.
