Pre-nuptial showers for the bride were hosted by special friends and relatives of the couples. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lehi High School. She is currently employed at Wholesale Foods as assistant manager. She is enrolled to attend Utah Valley Community College. The prospective groom graduated gradu-ated from Mt. Pleasant High School. He is employed at Geneva Steel. The newlyweds will make their first home in Lehi. Leigh Peterson and Russell Ferre have chosen Friday, Aug. 11, for their wedding. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Peggy and Boy d Peterson of Lehi. The prospective groom is the son of RaKell and Dave Ferre of American Fork. The newlyweds will be honored at a reception that same evening from 7 to 9 at the Lehi 1st, 6th, 16th Ward, 120 W. 200 South. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
