The information was distributed to parents and general membership at Valley View Elementary through the local unit board members. They are excited to announce that Lisa Joner, a third grade teacher at the school, was nominated for this prestigious award by a Valley View patron. Mrs. Joner is a first year teacher and obviously has won the hearts of children in her class and their parents. She is originally from Vancouver, Washington, and is currently residing in Provo with husband, Mike, and thre children. She graduated from BYU and first became interested in education when she became a "Mom" and took some classes to fulfill the needs of her own children. She then realized, "Hey, why not help other children in these same areas! " Those in the PTA applaud Mrs. Joner for her efforts in qualifying for such an honor. Valley View teacher, Mrs. Joner, works with Michelle Patterson, one of the students in her class. They also hope this will give in-centive to others who may feel the same way about educators. Valley view has the "cream of the crop." PUBLIC NOTICES Public Notice Advertising Protects Your Right to Know Advertisement for bids Owner: Pleasant Grove City.
