Show 1 f Sli-," Notice to Water Users The following application ap-plication has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Utah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in the SLB&M. Exch 2189 (55 Area) North Fork Special Service District, P.O. Box 577, Orem, Utah 84057 seeks the right to exchange 183 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a contract with the Stewart Family Trust for 73 ac. ft. from a total of 100 ac. ft. approved ap-proved for exchange under Ex892, a contract with Robert Redford for the use of 70 ac. ft. from a total of 350 ac. ft. approved for exchange under Ex893, deeds conveying 23 ac. ft. from J. Paul Stewart from a total of 29.4 ac. ft. approved for exchange ex-change under Ex225 & Ex237, an agreement with the B.Y.U. Alumni Association for the use of 10 ac. ft. from a total of 10 ac. ft. approved for exchange under Ex891, and an agreement with the B.Y.U. Alumni Association for the use of 5 ac. ft. from a total of 10 ac. ft. approved for exchange under Ex365. The water has been exchanged from Deer Creek Reservoir and the Lake Bottom Canal diversion from the Provo River, and is currently diverted from Aspen Grove Spring at a point S. 400 ft. and E. 400 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 10, T5S, R3E under Exchanges 891, 892 and 365, from twelve springs located as follows: (1) S. 2182.4 ft. and E. 2752.75 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 14, T5S, R3E, (2) S. 3003.7 ft. and W. 3988.46 ft., (3) S. 3398.7 ft. and W. 4010.5 ft., (4) S. 3230.9 ft. and W. 4109.5 ft., (5) S. 2858.7 ft. and W. 3820.6 ft., (6) S. 2720.6 ft. and W. 3797.5 ft., (7) S. 1550 ft. and W. 4060 ft., (8) S. 855 ft., (9) S. 4650 ft. and W. 450 ft. All from the NE Cor. Sec. 15, T5S, R3E, (10) S. 950 ft. and E. 820 ft., (11) S. 2400 ft. and E. 4380 ft., (12) S. 2590 ft. and E. 4250 ft. All from the NW Cor. Sec. 10, T5S, R3E, and one point on the Provo River located S. 950 ft. and E. 690 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 10, T5S, R3E under Ex893, from six springs located as follows: (1) S. 2182.4 ft. and E. 2752.75 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 14, T5S, R3E, (2) S. 3003.7 ft. and W. 3988.46 ft, (3) S. 3398.7 ft. and W. 4010.5 ft., (4) S. 3230.9 ft. and W. 4109.5 ft., (5) S. 2858.7 ft. and W. 3820.6 ft., (6) S. 2720.6 ft. and W. 3797.5 ft. All from the NE Cor. Sec. 15, T5S, R3E under Exchanges 235 and 237; and used for domestic, stock-watering, stock-watering, recreational, commercial and irrigation purposes within Sections 3, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27, T5S, R5E. Hereafter it is proposed to divert 183 ac. ft. of water from all current heretofore diversion points, and from November 1 to April 30 from two additional ad-ditional points located N. 85 4' W. 3859 ft., N 85 9' W. 3752 ft. both from the SE Cor. Sec. 4, T5S, R3E and used for the same purposes as heretofore within Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15, T5S, R3E, (North Fork of Provo Canyon). Protests resisting the granting of this application ap-plication for reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
