(Barbara Ann) Kelly of Camarillo, Calif.; and Mrs. Tom (Belda Kay) Boekweg of Provo; 51 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren ; two brothers: Paul Kunzler and Walter Kunzler, both of Willard; one sister, Mrs. Dewey (Louise) Olsen of Preston, Idaho. He was preceded in death by two sons, Rayman David Kunzler and Willard LeRoy Kunzler. Services will be Wednesday at noon in the Willard LDS Ward Friends may call at the church prior to Ser-vices. Ser-vices. Burial will be in the Willard Cemetery ) David Kunzler, 90, Willard, died Saturday, March 10, 1984, at Brigham City Community Com-munity Hospital. He was born June 7, 1893, in Willard to John Jacob and Barbara Braegger Kunzler. He married Julia Lillian Barker in the Manti LDS Temple Dec. 1, 1921. She died Feb. 14, 1981. He was a lifelong resident of Willard. He was a self-employed dairy farmer. He was a member of the LDS Church and served as chairman of the genealogy committee, home teacher, high priest group leader, superintendent of the Sunday School, temple worker and Box Elder Stake Tabernacle missionary. He was a veteran of World War I and served in France. Survivors include four sons and four daughters: H Grant Kunzler, Salt Lake City; Earl Robert Kunzler, Lehi; Ralph Jay Kunzler and Rex Douglas Kunzler, both of Ogden; Mrs. Forest Z. (Iris Lillian) Meservy, LaHabra, Lynne M. Beck 1- - 9 ''' ' I. ' s ' ''f Music included a medley of songs by the Larson family, accompanied ac-companied by Ann Larsen, and an organ selection by Parley L. Belnap. Mrs. Larsen also played the prelude and postlude. The benediction was given by Scott Wagner, and Evan E. Thomsen dedicated the grave at American Fork City Cemetery. Casket bearers were R. Fred Pehrson, Zane A. Thomsen, Kai E. Thomsen, Karl B. Adams, Richard J. Scott and Ned Jorgensen. Flowers were arranged and cared for by the American Fork 1st and 21st Ward Relief Societies. Services were under the direction of Anderson An-derson and Sons Mor- , tuary. Lynne Maree Thomsen Beck, 21, died March 6, 1984, in Utah Valley Hospital. She was born Aug. 20, 1962, in Salt Lake City to Evan E. and Maree Samuelson Thomsen. She married Kevin Beck Aug. 21, 1981. She was active in the LDS Church and attended at-tended Brigham Young University. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Randi Lynne, both of American Fork; parents of St. Louis, Mo.; grandmothers Ila Samuelson, Salt Lake City, and Mrs Rigmor Wulff, Denmark; three brothers and one sister, Scott Thomsen, serving an LDS mission in South America; Zane Thomsen, Kai Thomsen and Lis Thomsen, all of St. Louis, Mo. LYNNE M. KECK Funeral services were held March 9 in the American Fork 21st LDS Ward under the direction of Bishop Donald W. Fowler. Kenneth J. Beck gave the family prayer and Michael V. Beck gave the invocation. Speakers included Kai Anderson, who presented a life sketch, Bruce C. Frandsen and Kevin R. Beck. Welch Wyman Waldrop Welch, 62, died Thursday, Thur-sday, March 8, 1984, at his home in Lehi of cancer. He was born Jan. 25, 1922, in Birmingham, Ala., to Nathan Asa and Nancy Clayton Welch. He married Marlene M. Anderson, June 1, 1966, in Dallas, Tex. He was an agent for National Van Lines and owner and operator for over 30 years in the trucking industry. Survivors include his wife; a son, Mark Anderson of Lehi; daughters: Mardell Sue Black of Twin Falls, Idaho; Donna Dale Olsen of Lehi; and Gaylene Marie Finch, American Fork; nine grandchildren; a sister, Maureen Carpenter, Chattanooga, Tenn. Services were held Tuesday at Deseret Mortuary, Sandy. Burial was in the Lake Hills Memorial Park. Leota Crabtree Kerr, 77, of American Fork; died Friday, March 9y 1984, at her home. ,tin( She was born May 6, --fl906 in Chicago, 111., to fSRandolph A. and Mary jrjis Ellen Swift Crabtree. -'She married William OVKerr, Sept. 6, 1949 in Chicago, 111. The marriage was later itiOH solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 26, 1972. She moved to Utah as " a convert to the LDS Church in 1955. Survivors include five daughters: Mrs. (Iorrest (Betty) Jorgensen, American ,q Fork; Sally Aufolo, ' New Jersey; Mrs. .Norman- (Edith) Memmott, Illinois; Mrs. Sonny (Beth) Sipe, Minn.; Mrs.. William (Carol) Arndt, Ariz.; 35 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lottie Fisher, Illinois. A son, Ted, preceded her in death. Services were held Monday at Olpin Family Mortuary. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Bishop Robert Davis of the Pleasant Grove Fourth Ward. Pallbearers were grandsons Steve Jorgensen, Bruce Baxter, Blake Baxter, Gary Hancock, Gilbert Baxter, Mike Baxter and Fred McMillin. The family prayer was by Bruce Baxter and the prelude and postlude were played by Rosalie Jacklin. The invocation was by Max Jorgensen. Bob Hicks and Hazel Bullock sang "In the Garden" and "That Wonderful Mother of Mine" accompanied by Zoe James during the program. Speakers were Bob Howard, Bishop Davis and Bob Hicks. Cindy Beck sang "Oh My Father" accompanied by Mrs. Jacklin. The benediction was by Blake Baxter. Dedication of the grave was by Paul Whiteley. Beth F. McNees Beth Kirk Fenton' McNees, 69, died March 9, at Utah Valley Hospital following surgery. She was born May 15, 1914 in Lindon to Samuel H. and Esther Dittmore Kiii. She married Thomas W. Fenton Aug. 29, 1932 in Pleasant Grove. He died April 1, 1940. She married George McNees Mc-Nees Jan. 6, 1945 in Pleasant Grove. She attended Lindon and Pleasant Grove schools. She was a member of the LDS Church and attended the Pleasant Grove 2nd Ward. Survivors include her husband, four sons and a daughter, Darrel K. Fenton, Longmont, Colo; Thomas Fenton, Riverton; Samuel K. Fenton, Orem; Mrs. Richard (Georgia) Scott, Salt Lake City; Joel K. McNees, U.S.A.F., Omaha, Neb.; two step-daughters and a son, George E. McNees Mc-Nees Jr., Seattle; Mrs. Joel (Dolores) Wagner, Snohomish, Wash.; Carol McNees, Alaska; 19 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Joel (Mariam) Ash, Lindon; Mrs. Herbert (Madge) Stoner, Hamilton, Mont.; Mrs. Alvin (Erva) Bowden, Vernal; Ver-nal; Annie Jean Brimley, Salt Lake City. A son, Jay K. McNees, preceded her in death. Services were held Tuesday at Olpin Family Mortuary. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. |
