He was born June 20, 1981, in American Fork, to Jay Lynn and LeAnna Maughan Steineckert. His parents are members of the Manila Third Ward. Survivors include his parents of Pleasant Grove; one brother and one sister, Michelle Ann Steineckert and Ryan Jay Steineckert, both of Pleasant Grove; grandparents: Dean Steineckert of Pleasant Grove; (-Steineckert (-Steineckert American Fork. He was born Aug. 17, 1905 in Provo, to Willis Kelsey and Ann Elizabeth Stubbs Spafford. He married Delia May Hansen Oct. 30, 1923 in Farmington. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was active in all LDS Church organizations and serve as bishop of the American Fork 4th Ward for three years. He served a mission for the church along with his wife to New Zealand. He was a High Priest, and served as a home teacher for 60 years. He was also an active temple worker. He was active in civic organizations and was past president of the Rotary Club and executive secretary of i vertising1 manager and an advertising salesmen until earlier this year. He was a past president and board member of the Utah Poultry Association. He was an avid sportsman, hunter and fisher. He is survived by his wife of American Fork; one son and one daughter, Willis J. Spafford and Mrs. Glen T. (Maurine) Anderson, both of American Fork; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Louise Clinger, Provo. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara S. Pratt. Funeral tiervices were held Tuesay, Dec. 13, in the American Fork 4th Ward Chapel under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. Florence R. Mitchell JESSE SPAFFOKD the American Fork Chamber of Commerce for many years. He served on the Old Folks Committee for 10 years and acted as chairman for three years. Mr. Spafford was a poultry producer and owned and operated the Spafford Dairy. She was born March 1, 1902 in Lehi, to Thomas and Elizabeth Amelia Jones Russon. She married Otto Hollandrake Mitchell, Oct. 5, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1980. She was a member of the American Fork 10th Ward. Survivors include one son,' Von R. Mitchell of Walnut Creek, Calif.; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle R. Trane George I. Otto Gladys S. Trane, 93, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1983 at the home of her son, Ralph A. Trane, in Salt Lake City. She was born Dec. 27, 1889 in Lehi to Lettia Austin and Samuel H. Southwick. She married Andrew Trane on Aug. 12, 1908 in Lehi. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He died Nov. 4, 1964. She was active in the LDS Church all of her life, serving in the Sunday School, Primary, Relief quilting and beautiful handiwork, which many of her friends and family enjoyed as gifts. She is survived by four sons ' and one daughter, Glen A. Trane, Lehi; Don A., Murray; Ralph A., Salt Lake; Keith S., Orem; Mrs. Arden (Dolores) Sullivan, West Valley; 23 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Morris. Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 10, in the Wing Mortuary in Lehi. Burial was in the Lehi City Cemetery. George Ishmael Otto, 80, of Orem, died at his home Friday, Dec. 9, 1983. He was born May 27, 1903, in McLoed, S.D., to John H. and Eva Myrtle Kannady Otto. He married Frances Anna Loren, May 9, 1925, in Cambridge, Minn. He had worked as maintenance supervisor for the Minneapolis School Board for many years and later for the Yuma, Ariz. School Board in the same position.
