Show iC Art Guild auction to be held July 22 The Kimball Art Guild will host its fifth annual Art Auction July 22 at 5:30 p.m. Once again, world-renowned auctioneer Don Kennedy will conduct bidding for the live auction. Cost for the evening is $40 per person. According to Guild President Presi-dent Nancy Nipkow, the format for this year's event will be different from previous pre-vious years. The evening will begin in the Kimball Art Center's Main Gallery with cocktails and a silent auction. auc-tion. After the auction, dinner will be served at Deer Valley (transportation will be provided). All persons who successfully success-fully bid on items will be eligible for a grand prize drawing to be conducted at the conclusion of the auction. The Guild has already begun to receive items for this year's event. Park City Art Festival artists, Kimball Art Center Gallery Shop artists and persons who have had exhibits at the center have all donated work. The following persons have been instrumental in the organization of this year's auction: Nancy Nipkow, Nip-kow, food and programming; program-ming; Ann MacQuoid, invitations; invita-tions; Julie Manwaring, payment pay-ment for auction items; Katie Coontz and Ute Ruzic-ka, Ruzic-ka, check-in and program; Connie Marolt, neighborhood consultant; and Merle and Cindy Huseth, auctioneer arrangements.
